Larry Naab, CPA                            

Larry is the President of Naab Consulting. Larry has 20 years of experience in the merger, sale and acquisition of accounting and tax practices. Larry has assisted in over 300 transactions.

After gaining experience with a local CPA firm for 10 years, Larry founded his own accounting practice in 1986. After building his firm and establishing multiple locations he successfully sold his practice to start Naab Consulting.

Larry is a CPA, licensed in Indiana and a graduate of Indiana State University. Larry is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, the National Association of Tax Professionals and the National Society of Accountants. Larry has spoken at several state and local conferences regarding buying, selling and merging accounting firms.

Brian Naab

Brian has been an accounting business broker since 2002 and is currently our Business Development Officer with 15 years of experience in the accounting brokerage industry. Brian obtained his BS degree in Finance from Indiana University in 2001. Mr. Naab is currently an Industry Expert with the Business Brokerage Press in the field of tax and accounting practice sales. Brian has a strong background in facilitating the buying and selling of accounting practices, assisting both buyers and sellers in a variety of day-to-day tasks. Brian is extremely responsive to questions and is available to discuss the status of your sale or purchase.

Aside from spending time with his growing family (4 children), Brian also enjoys golf, running and virtually any outdoor activity.
